Research background: The article is focused on the current issue of economic belonging in accordance with the aging of the population on the example of the Czech Republic after 2030. The mentioned issue greatly affects the burden on public resources. The purpose of the research is to identify possible potential risks of an economic nature within the framework of the provided specialized gerontological social services. Purpose of the article: Point out the importance of the forecast of human resources in the framework of ensuring the sustainability of appropriate standards in the context of population aging. For this reason, the article is prepared through an interdisciplinary approach of social sciences (especially economics, economic and social policy, demography, sociology).Methods: For the study of the monitored problems, the method of analysis prevails, with the help of which the mentioned issue can be clarified within the dimension of the social sciences involved. Other supporting methods are comparison (finding similarities and differences of observed phenomena) and synthesis (to reveal the structure, mutual processes and relationships of individual aspects of the studied phenomenon).Findings &amp; Value added: The article deals with current issues that will be faced by thesocial and health system of the Czech Republic in the near future, an integral part of which is the provision of expert georontological social services. In connection with the aging of the population, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of optimal staffing of social care for the group of senior citizens.
