As a result of the growing trend of population aging, the retirement age in the Czech economy is being extended. At the same time, social policy has introduced incentives to stimulate employment among individuals of retirement age (e.g., the abolition of payrollsocial insurance contributions). Alongside social security programs, it will also be necessary to strengthen ethical principles within human resource management, with increased emphasis on synergy, cooperation, and collaboration.
