Analyses of perfluorinated compounds
Original language description
Analyses focused on content of mercury and wide spectra of organic pollutants in 128 samples contracted by Nya Exposmeter AB (Sweden) company were performed in the Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Biochemistry FFPW USB in Vodnany. Nonpolar organic compound analysis were performed using GC/MS or GC/MS/MS methods, polar organic compounds were analysed with LC/MS/MS or LC/HRMS methods. Mercury in DGT samples were determined with direct analysis on AMA mercury analyser. The analytical method development was included to this contract. All activities related to the contract were ensured by the CENAQUA employees and equipment.
