Original language description
Wild captured 16 diploid, 5 triploid and 1 tetraploid Prussian carp Carassius gibelio males produced motile haploid, aneuploid (1.5n) and haploid to aneuploid (>2n) sperm, respectively, in similar concentration and with the lowest percentage of live spermatozoa in sperm for the tetraploid male (83.03 ? 1.76%; P < 0.05) compared to diploid and triploid ones (97.37 ? 1.11% and 96.70 ? 1.45%; P > 0.05).

Charakteristika spermií polyploidního karase stříbřitého, Carassius gibelio (Bloch)
Czech description
Celkem 16 diploidních, 5 triploidních a 1 tetraploidní samec karase stříbřitého Carassius gibelio, odchycených v přírodě, produkovalo pohyblivé haploidní, aneuploidní (1,5n), resp. haploidní až aneuploidní (>2n) spermie v podobných koncentracích. Nejnižší procento živých spermií bylo zjištěno ve spermatu tetraploidního samce (83,03 ? 1,76%; P < 0,05) ve srovnání s diploidy a triploidy (97,37 ? 1,11% a 96,70 ? 1,45%; P > 0,05)
