Original language description
Oxygen evolving complex of photosystem II was crystallized using both counter-diffusion techniques. Absorption spectra of photosystem II (PS II) reaction centres (RC) upon reduction of primary acceptor pheophytin of the D1 protein subunit were studied and compared with spectra calculated on the basis of Excition Limit (Matrix Method). Czech description
Core komplex fotosytému II byl krystalizován standardními krystalizačními metodami a také nadstandardní "counter-diffusion" metodou. Absorpční spektra reakčního centra fotosystému II po redukci primárního akceptoru feofytínu proteínové podjednotky D1 byly studovány a porovnány se spektry vypočítanými na základě matrixové metody Exciton Limit.
