Determination of Porg species in fungus Xerocomus badius by 31P NMR spectroscopy
Original language description
31P NMR spectra of alkaline extracts from pilei of the fungus X. badius and spruce litter with mycelium were measured. High content of Pt in sporocarp (10,7 g.kg-1) demonstrates the important role of studied fungus in phosphorus transformations. Concentration of phosphate monoesters in sporocarp (60,5 %) contrasted with 27,4 % of Pt in litter colonized with fungal mycelium. Phosphate diesters, represented namely by DNA with its signal around 0 ppm, were the second most abundant P species. Phosphonates were present in colonized litter (2,3 %), traces of phosphonates were detected also in sporocarp. In view of our results, we concluded that apart from saprotrophic macrofungi, mycorrhizal fungi produce phosphonates (phosphonolipids) in their mycelia as well.

Stanovení typů Porg v hřibu Xerocomus badius pomocí 31P NMR spektroskopie
