Original language description
Two new, one known and three unidentified species of the nematode family Camallanidae are reported and described from the intestines of marine perciform fishes off the coast of New Caledonia, South Pacific: Camallanus carangis, Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) variolae sp. n., Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) longus sp. n., and three other types of Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) not identified to species. All these represent the first records of camallanids from marine fishes in New Caledonian waters.

Czech description
Ze střeva mořských okounovitých ryb z pobřežních vod Nové Kaledonie jsou uváděny dva nové, jeden již známý a tři neidentifikované druhy hlístic čeledi Camallanidae: Camallanus carangis, Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) variolae sp. n., Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) longus sp. n. a tři další typy Procamallanus (Spirocamallanus) neurčené do druhu. Všechny tyto druhy kamalanidních hlístic jsou poprvé uváděny z vod Nové Kaledonie.
