Original language description
The maturation process of tick-borne encefphalitis (TBEV) in the tick RA-257 and porcine PS cells was studied by transmission electron microscopy and E and NS1 proteins were localized in the infected cells. The TBEV maturation pathway in the mammalian host cell line differs from the pathway that the virus undergoes in the tick vectore cell line. Proteins E and NS1 were localized in the cytosol and on the vacuolar and plasma membranes.

Proces vyzrávání viru klíšťové encefalitidy (VKE) v klíštěcích buňkách RA-257 a prasečích buňkách PS byl studován s použitím transmisní elektronové mikroskopie a proteiny a NS1 byly lokalizovány v infikovaných buňkách. Dráhy vyzrávání VKE v klíštěcích asavčích buňkách jsou odlišné. Proteiny E a NS1 byly lokalizovány v cytosolu a na membranách vakuol a plasmatické membráně.
