Original language description
The paper presents a detailed analysis of carbon content in aboveground and underground parts of tree biomass (Picea abies), i.e. in roots, bole, bark, branches and foliage. Altogether six trees were sampled in the watersheds of Čertovo (3) and Plešné (3) lakes in the Bohemian Forest (Czech Republic). In addition, four of the trees were analyzed for C concentrations in the tree rings, sectioned by decades.

Czech description
Článek přináší podrobnou analýzu obsahu uhlíku v nadzemní a podzemní části lesní biomasy (Picea abies), t.j. v kořenech, kmeni, kůře, větvích a jehličí. Celkem bylo na analýzu odebráno šest stromů v povodí Čertova (3) a Plešného (3) jezera na Šumavě. Dále byl u čtyřech z těchto stromů analyzován obsah C v letokruzích odebraných v 10-letých intervalech.
