The paper summarizes information on the occurrence, distribution and host aphid-plant association of species of the genus Praon Haliday in Iran. Four species were determined as new for the country.

Práce shrnuje údaje o výskytu, rozšíření a asociacích hostitel-mšice-rostlina druhů rodu Praon Haliday v Iránu.Bylo zjištěno 8 druhů, z nichž 4 jsou nové pro Irán.Je připojen klíč k určení druhů.
