Acclimation was achieved by a combination of faster D1 protein synthesdis and changes in coupling of phycobilisomes to the raction centres and changes in caupling of individual phycobiliproteins to the phycobilisomes. The later was most interesting, so far undocumented strategy of high light acclimation
