Records of twenty species of false darkling beetles (Melandryidae) are given. These include new country records and/or first concrete records for the following countries from Palaearctic Region: Albania, Bulgaria, China, Greece, Montenegro, Morocco, Serbia, Slovakia and Turkey. New records from Provinces of China ? Guizhou, Hunan, Sichuan and Yunnan are also reported.
