Original language description

The diplotaxine genus Ceratogonia Kolbe, 1899 is revised. Currently, it includes only the species C. bicornuta (Kolbe, 1899), which is redescribed and has its male genitalia figured for the first time. Cereatogonia marshalli (Arrow, 1902) and C. bilaminiceps (Benderitter, 1920) are considered junior subjective synonyms of C. bicornuta. The synonymy of C. kraatzi (Dalla Torre, 1912) with Dichecephala ovata (Fahraeus in Boheman, 1857) is confirmed. Lectotype and paralectotype designations are provided forfollowing species: Apogonia (Ceratogonia) bicornuta, A. (C.) marshalli and A. ovata. Neotype is designated for A. (C.) kolbei Kraatz, 1899

Czech description

Je provedena revize rodu Ceratogonia Kolbe, 1899. Momentálně zahrnuje pouze jeden druh C. bicornuta (Kolbe, 1899), který je redeskribován a jehož samčí pohlavní orgány jsou poprvé zobrazeny. Ceratogonia marshalli (Arrow, 1902) a C. bilaminiceps (Benderitter, 1920) jsou považovány za mladší synonyma C. bicornuta. Je potvrzena synonymie C. kraatzi (Dalla Torre, 1912) s Dichecephala ovata (Fahraeus in Boheman, 1857). Lektotypy a paralektotypy jsou designovány pro následující druhy: Apogonia (Ceratogonia) bicornuta, A. (C.) marshalli a A. ovata. Neotyp je stanoven pro A. (C.) kolbei Kraatz, 1899
