Paraclius grootaerti sp.n., Hercostomus (Hercostomus) lianmengi sp.n., Hercostomus (H.) yangi sp.n., Hercostomus (Gymnopterus) meuffelsi sp.n., Hercostomus (G.) submalthinus sp.n. and Teuchophorus laosensis sp.n. are described as new to science. A futher8 species are recorded from Laos for the first time.
