Byla studována ekologie komárů v lužním lese v dolní části povodí Moravy a Dyje v letech 2002 - 2003. V práci jsou diskutovány změny v biodiverzitě a době výskytu jednotlivých druhů způsobené oteplováním klimatu, rovněž tak možnosti omezování počtu komárů pomocí řízených záplav v přírodních rezervacích
