Original language description

To evaluate possible chronic toxic effects of low-level exposure of mammals to nerve agents, male albino Wistar rats were exposed to low concentrations of sarin in the inhalation chamber. Some neurotoxic, immunotoxic, biochemical and stressogenic effectsas well as the changes in liver DNA and total protein contents were found especially three months following the exposure to sarin.
