The study monitored antibody response and safety at 187 volunteers vaccinated by vaccine Encepur in rapid schedule (day 0-7-21). Antibody response was recorded in months 1, 15, 16, 27 and 39. The vaccine was clinically very good tolerated, there was recorded no serious adverse event. 97.5% of person obtain adequate protective titre of antibodies at month 1. An overage titre of antibodies was protective (178.8 VIEU/ml) at month 15. The after vaccination is direct relative by age. For person younger 35 years are possible to indicate revaccination at month 18. For older person are more convenient to revaccinate them at month 12. The vaccine is very immunogenic also at rapid vaccination schedule.
