Original language description

Rats were i.m. intoxicated with organophosphates (sarin, soman, VX) in doses equal to 2x LD50. Acetylcholinesterase activity was measured in samples of brain pontomedullar areas in time intervals 1, 2, 5, 15, 30 resp. 60 min and molecular forms were densitometrically detected and verified. It was proved that individual molecular forms of acetylcholinesterase inhibited with selective inhibiotors may be used in diagnostics tests at organophosphate exposition.
