This paper deals with the environmental impact assessment for the purpose of determining index values of risks while applying the EAT index method. Wastes are the part of The Total Index Value of Risk (TIVR) that consists of the basic index value of riskand the additional value of risk (AR) in this assessment method. The question of risk assessment results from the military activities that have impact on the environment where the troops are deployed.
