The paper is focused on the findings of lexicological study of crisis management (CM) terminology. Changes in the theory and practice of lexicology have been taking place as a result of new technology for data-processing and text-based research. New terminology used in special publications on crisis management and risk management reflects a rapid progress in these areas and the findings of lexicological study could be met with positive response, both among linguistic and management specialists.
