Original language description
Catering and changes of human body composition during mission KFOR 2005 are surveyed in the paper. In subsistence were investigated two main problems as the evaluation of feeding and nutritional quality and the effect of soldiers? deployment on the changes of their condition. Average values intake of surveyed nutrients was compared with energy and nutrition values of the basic feeding rate. Changes of body composition were investigated by means of Bioelectric Impedance Analysis, device personal scale and statistical software of calculation. Body fat and water, visceral fat, muscle mass, physique rating, bone mass and basal metabolism was involved in monitoring.

Czech description
Ve článku je hodnocena výživa a změny tělesného složení zaznamenané u vojáků během mise KFOR v roce 2005. V zabezpečení byly sledovány dvě problematiky: hodnocení výživy a stravování a vliv účasti vojáků na působení v misi na jejich změny tělesného složení. Průměrné zaznamenané hodnoty byly porovnány s doporučenými hodnotami energetické a biologické hodnoty stravy zakotvené v základní stravní dávce. Tělesné změny byly zaznamenány pomocí bioimpedanční analýzy a statisticky vyhodnoceny. Byl sledován podíltělesného tuku, vody, hmotnost svalové hmoty a kostí, fyzická kondice a bazální metabolismus.
