The article describes a defence research project "Generation of modular task force structures for full spectrum of operations and their verification with utilization CD&E". This project addresses the current problem of the present Army. The project aimsat optimizing the generation of forces (such as the Operational phase of the planning process). If the project objectives are met, then the current problem would be eliminated, the forces deployed in the operation (in abroad) will be structured on the basis of current knowledge and experience of the Commander, who is responsible for creating and training the forces - task forces
