Original language description
In last years, there was emphasized need of wider conception of international counterterrorism campaign, which will not be limited to the punishment of the offenders of terrorist attacks but it will be oriented in the long term to all forms of fighting against international organized crime, drug dealers, traffic in arms, people trafficking, against corruption and all forms of financing CBRN terrorism. It is to ensure, that the key aspects of counterterrorism routine has not begun be solved after immediate threat or even during outbreak of the concrete incident. For particularly dangerous it is to consider all plans of terrorist groups to obtaining and consequential using of weapons of mass destruction and similar materials, that could be used, or better said misused to their production. One of first-rate target of the worldwide counterterrorism alliance is to prevent the terrorist groups from access to these arms.
