Lessons Learned versus command and control
Original language description
Lessons learned is not new process. this activity was, is and will be natural part of military management process (Command and Control). We used this approach in the past as the natural part of any military endeavors, training, excercises etc. Lessons learned is more about the organizational culture then the process itself. Process can handle information but cannot handle the aproach and attitude of the soldiers to the sharing and using lessons.
