Original language description
This paper deals with new concept of military industrial base within the state defense system. It responds to new military-political goals of democratic society. The paper describes main factors affecting military production in democratic society, processes of military industrial base internationalization, development of points of view of cooperation strategy in military production, it gives reasons for need of product finalization in military production and change to cooperation, it suggests base approaches for the government policy in defense sector. It describes acquisition particularities of military production and shows changes in military modernization process. It provides the characteristic of military-industrial base and presents its main features. On the base of descriptive comparative method there is knowledge emerged from the text, that military production is a carrier of technical and technological development.
