    This paper is focused on organization structure new concept for the Czech Artillery. Artillery units of the Army of the Czech Republic, reflecting current global security neighborhood, can be used outside the Czech Republic. The paper presents problems in developing organizational structures in terms of acquisition of a new automated fire support control system. The paper presents problems of current Artillery communication and information system and suggests new concept for the future system.
