The article description of elementary terms and approaches in the process designed modular task forces. This paper describes a primary methodology and basic steps for a modular architecture design following on creating of modular units. In the main partof this article the basic determinants of organization of modular structures are described. Among described features there are listed the anticipated results during the use of modularity principles, the key characteristics of modular forces, as well as the necessary steps for transition and use of modular forces.
