The paper deals with the issue of the optimal traffic flow focused on effective exploitation of all traffic segments, considering the traffic density, time and situational dependence and dynamical condition in the road net. Solution of this problem is dependent on the time density estimation of the partial traffic segments and the procedural modification of the road (math) graph in each iteration process of the shortest path algorithm. Practical integration of the suggested solution with advanced car GPS and communication systems would be considered as a high improvement of the traffic management in a common and limited environment. It also enables to identify or potentially predict the critical configurations and find optimal redirection of the traffic.
