Original language description

The aim of the paper is to define the options of using the systematical-analytical methods for solving the unstructured decision-making problems. The attention is focused on using the method of decision tree in the military environment. The example showing the possibilities of using the decision tree under risk is the decision-making problem of sending patrol from place A to place B on the territory dominated by enemy. Further, the author points out that modern management offers many methods that can improve the quality of managerial decision making of military the commanders.
