Original language description
Necessity of solution of conflicts in close link between the military and civilian sector has been emerging more and more in the light of current security threats ? to the civilian-military approach to solutions of crisis situations. Larger numbers of actors who have to co-operate during all phases of conducting the operations to create conditions for successful completing the crisis situations are involved in the environment of operations. Together with this, process of joint planning of operations, joint preparations/training and an information sharing system must be established. For the military community, new tasks resulting from the new NATO strategic concept are emerging in the field of civil-military co-operation, that are closely linked to thesetup of relations among individual actors.
