Original language description
The contribution analyzes command and control systems in NEC environment in accomplishing operational capabilities. Currently, the command and control systems are in centre of events and attention of modern armies with the aim to ensure thorough situational awareness in the battlefield. The analysis of future operations will affect significantly the development of organizational structures of command authorities, command posts character and progressive exploitation of information technologies. It lays stress on the area of standardization, interoperability, compatibility and cooperation. The military-special training of personnel aimed at the application of management to the conditions of military affairs will be one of basic criteria of command and control effectiveness. Rapid development of advanced information technologies should not increase of numbers of technical personnel, but it should declare new demands on complex readiness.
