Original language description
The aim of this paper is to introduce the using of selected statistical methods in the area of Natioanal Defence Economy. Factor analysis, cluster analysis and classification trees were used to create multidimensional classification and their interpretations of selected problems of national defense. The using of multivariate methods were introduced in the example of evaluation of relationship between institutional variables characterizing the economies of selected countries and possible risk of terrorism attacks during analyzed year 2011.
