The article describes and analyses the process of business continuity management (BCM) with its essential part - business impact analysis (BIA) that is focused on the fundamental business processes evaluation of disruption consequences. In this article there are definied relevant key techniques that engage the methods and special steps how to classify some impacts which could appear in the organization during natural or anthropogenic disruption and also involve the stakeholder's behaviour to the organisation's structures and its future being.
