Protection, reliability, continuous functioning and security of critical infrastructure should represent a priority for each state as its violation or destruction would have serious consequences for society, environment and property. Duty of the state, public authorities and critical infrastructure subjects is to ensure and provide crisis preparedness. The essential part of emergency preparedness is preparation for dealing with crisis situations in the form of training. Training represents an effectivetool for mastering abilities and skills to cope with crisis situations. This article deals with the research carried out in the field of preparation, realisation, process and impacts of training of subjects of energy segment critical infrastructure as apart of crisis preparedness.
