The paper deals with the use of selected aspects of the work with load in the sports and special physical training of professionals to develop their personal psychophysical and mental condition and strengthen the quality of professional competence to pursue its activities and functions in harsh conditions of security environment. Presents experience of formation and transformation potentials of the work with load and change, the chosen principles, concepts and methods, as well as the limitations and risks. Shows the need for completing (widening and deepening) preparation of coaches and instructors in the field of development of psychophysical and mental fitness of individuals.
