MILITARY SPENDING AND THE ECONOMY
Original language description
This paper employs the correlation analyses to investigate the relationship between selected economic determinants of military spending and the level of military expenditures for each of the 27 NATO countries over the period 1993-2014. The findings indicate that there is very little uniformity in the economic factors that determine each country's military expenditures.
