The aim of the article is to discuss the nature of war and its implications for the concepts such as hybrid wars. In the first section authors argue that objective nature of war remains stable with regard to the elements of which it consists. In the second section authors characterize the elements of war which are changing in the information age. In the conclusion authors summarize the implications of their findings.
