Original language description
The article is focused on description of outputs of experimental exercise utilizing the tactical virtual simulator Virtual Battle Space (VBS) as the suitable tool for evaluation of cades' (military students) leadership skills, which were divided into three areas. This experimental exercise was organized as the part of Visegrad Fund research project “Better cooperation for better operation of the future Visegrad EU Battle Group“. Furthermore the article is focused on possible proposals to use virtual simulation technology as experimental tools for evaluation of cadets' leadership and tactical training including part of theory, indoor (lab) exercise; computer aided (assisted) exercise and finished by field exercise and the seminar at the end of training cycles.
