Field Hospital Logistics Support System Risk Assessment
Original language description
The chapter deals with a process of risk assessment of the logistics support system of the Czech Army Field Hospital which performs tasks within the ROLE 2 medical support. The risk assessment was carried out in three mutually connected stages (risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation) in accordance with the ISO 31000 Risk Management Guidelines. Semi-structured interviews with people responsible for running the field hospital were used to identify threats. Based on threats and vulnerability analysis, probability and impact levels which were used for the risk evaluation were set. The semi-quantitative approach was used for the risk evaluation. Risk evaluation outcomes will be used in the subsequent risk treatment stage to take measures to minimize unacceptable and undesirable risks.
