From March 2006 the on-line course named Net-trainers was started in Pilsen. The course is based on technology which has been evaluated in other states in Europe. It is the pilot version in the Czech language. The main author of the Czech version and tutor is PaedDr. Jana Vejvodová, CSc. from the University of West Bohemia. The main goal of this course is to support on-line education in the Czech Republic by purpose-trained tutors. There are 35 participants from various places of the Czech Republic. They are divided into five work groups. The paper brings the first impressions from this on-line course by three of its participants from their specific points of view
