The contribution presents the evaluation results of the surface texture achieved by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope OLS 3000 and their comparison with the parameters acquired with 3D profilometer Talysurf CLI 1000 according to ISO 4288. The potentialof the microscope and the differences in measuring surface roughness standards are analysed.

V příspěvku jsou uvedeny výsledky hodnocení textury povrchu na konfokálním mikroskopu LEXT OLS 3000 a jejich srovnání s parametry získanými s 3D profilometrem Talysurf CLI 1000 podle normy ISO 4288. Jsou rozebrány možnosti mikroskopu a analyzovány rozdíly při měření etalonů drsnosti povrchu.
