The main topic of the paper is to present how works cooperation CAD and GIS data during process of designing military building. It means special engineer buildings as segments of forward operation base, traffic construction and temporary military bridges. There are some information about cooperation between Military Geodetical and Hydrometorological Office in Dobruška and Department of Engineer Technology at University of Defence. Support for designing is realized by the help of Reach ? Back Laboratory.There are mentioned software tools that are used for conversion CAD and GIS data. This means software tools for designing CAD data as Autodesk Inventor and software tools for work out GIS data as Autodesk Civil 3D. There is also described cooperation between these software tools.
