The papers deal with a special engineering unit for the determination of positioning error value of radionavigation and surveillance systems, with both numerical and graphical output. The measured positioning error file is processed in dynamic MATLAB programming environment. The result of programming analysis is expressed numerically and in graphical representation of Circular Error Probable (CEP) for 2D, Spherical Error Probable (SEP) for 3D, or Ellipse/Ellipsoid Error Probable (E2EP/E3EP) for specialmilitary purposes.
