Original language description
The paper is given on a subject of conceptual designs of digital communication systems which are used for a transmission of video information from a UAV to a ground control center. The transmission is required for nonautonomous control of the UAV and forinspection of a region-of-interest. The conception of such a communication system is based on the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) in the frequency selective fading channels. There is a discourse upon a feasible hardware structure of the system based on the software radio technology where the core digital part consists of a FPGA device. Analog RF parts are supposed to be built of COTS products.
