Original language description
Large variety of study programmes for the Air Force personnel has lead contemporary representatives, members of EUAFA (European Air Force Academies Association), to discuss a new system of preparation. The idea behind that is to provide Education and Training system as close as possible to one common system. The Military Erasmus program is now developing inside military environment. The system preparation of the Air Force personnel is not the same inside Europe. For this reason some activities like EUAFA program and Military Erasmus program are nowadays being created. But a lot of problems and diversities should be overcome to reach the common goal. In near future it should be possible to prepare some models how the European military education and training system could cooperate.
