  • Original language description

    Paper deals with relationship among chemical composition, structure and selected mechanical properties of plasma nitrided layers in deep cavities. Influence of applied technology parameters on composition, structure and properties is discussed too. For evaluation of chemical composition, structure and properties, GDOES, EDS, SEM, light and confocal microscopy and as well microhardnes testing were used.
