  • Original language description

The reason for thinking about problems connected with rescue of persons by climbing systems is an assessment of the effectiveness of emergency systems and their components and their suitability for all rescue organs. The evaluation criterion of efficiency is time, which is needed to rescue a person, and difficulty of performance. Rescue systems are constructed with the respect to components, available by rescue services (individual rescue companies, Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Mountain Rescue, Mining Services, Rock rescue service and Speleological rescue service) and foreign armies (France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland).
