This paper presents the way how a new simulation can be created whereas the main criterion is communication with the simulator from MÄK Technologies. Right because of that, the creating tool from this company was chosen. Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) software represents the implementation of High Level Architecture (HLA) interface specification and provides common services to simulation systems. It helps to manage individual federates and assists with the time management. Highly important part of the paper forms the definition of RTI Execution process which is responsible for procedures of creating and controlling the individual simulation components. For the correct running of the simulation and to guarantee the interoperability it has to be created in agreement with the ten basic HLA rules. The files that are essential for the simulation are described complete with their structure.
