The contribution deals with the possibilities of the evaluation of the role of working group human factors in difficult conditions and in a specific closed environment. It refers to the analysis of working environment internal conditions and on the individual and team characteristics of the group. On this basis, explains possible approaches to the mathematical expression of employability. This process allows to identify the strengths and weaknesses of working group and to predict possible risks associated with work performance
