Behind the term Intelligent Web Content Adaptation is a newly rising scientific discipline whose basic idea is to understand the diversity of users. This is about an administrator's effort to clarify users navigating and working with web pages. Create simple, easy and fast adaptive system for customers who would result in higher efficiency and quality of submitted information. This is a promising development direction which is used not only for common users, but also for older people or people with various kinds of disabilities. This paper presents the most widely used methods and their main issues, current trends and likely developments in this field. The article presents a formal description of an Intelligent Web Content Adaptation and shows other possible solutions based primarily on simulating the behavior of users. Finally, we introduce the possibilities of obtaining basic information through registration, clickable maps, or a single database.
